Sumit a Digital Case

Great news! we’ve made it super easy for you to submit cases or request a pick-up for our innovation digital dental lab. here you’ll find everything you need to know. whether you’re sending us a case or need a pick-up for your dental impressions, this section has got you covered. we’ve laid out simple instructions and user-friendly options to make the process hassle-free. we’re all about making your experience with us as smooth as possible. thanks for choosing innovation digital dental lab!
  1. Give iTero a ring at 1-800-577-8767 and ask them to include Innovation Digital Dental Lab in your ‘Favorite Lab’ list –Click My iTero Login our lab number is 131021.
  2. On the Cadent Lab List, simply search for Innovation Digital Dental Lab and mark us as your ‘Favorite Lab’.
  3. Once you’ve got that setup, go ahead and send your scan our way. We’ll jump into action, processing your case promptly.
  1. Access Your 3Shape Account: https://portal.3shapecommunicate.com/login. Log in with your registered Username and Password. If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up.
  2. Establish a Connection: Once logged in, go to the ‘Connections’ tab and click on “Add Connection.”, Enter: Innovationlaab to connect with our lab.
  3. Approval and Case Processing: We’ll promptly approve your connection request, and from there, we’ll initiate the processing of your case. Keep an eye out for any additional instructions or notifications regarding your submission.

  1. Sign In: Log in to your account at www.sirona-connect.com using your username and password.

  2. Access “My Favorite Labs”: Navigate to the “My Account” menu and click on “My Favorite Labs.”

  3. Add Innovation Digital Dental Lab: Search for Innovation Digital Dental Lab in the “My Favorite Labs” section, located by our email: innovationdigitaldentallab@gmail.com. Check the box next to our name and click “Add.”

  4. Submit Your Scans: With Innovation Digital Dental Lab added to your favorites, proceed to submit your scans seamlessly through the CEREC Connect Portal

  1. Dentist Login: Login to DEXIS IS Connect as a Dentist using your credentials.
  2. Access Partners: In the toolbar, locate and click on “Partners.”
  3. Invite a Partner: Within the Partners window, click on “Invite a partner.”
  4. Enter Email and Send Invitation: In the Email field, replace it with innovationdigitaldentallab@gmail.com. You can choose to use the default message in the Message box or customize it. Afterward, click “Send.” The invitation message will be sent to Innovation Digital Dental Lab, creating a Partner entry in the list.

  1. Medit Link Login: Begin by logging in to your Medit Link account using your credentials.

  2. Access All Organizations: In the sidebar, select “All Organizations” to view the list of available organizations.

  3. Search for Innovation Digital Dental Lab: Locate the search bar and enter “Innovation Digital Dental Lab.” Innovationdigitaldentallab@gmail, com Once found, click on the option to ‘Request Contract.’

  4. Submit Contract Request: Confirm your request and await the contract confirmation.

We also welcome dentists to submit their cases along with the necessary files via WeTransfer.com, using the email address of Innovation Digital Dental Lab: Innovationdigitaldentallab@gmail.com To initiate this process, simply utilize the provided email when sending over your files.
